So i want to make sure i understand this right before i start, your supposed to pick one of the wake up drinks and have it each morning. On the smoothies are you only supposed to pick one and stick to it for the 3 days or can you mix it up and your supposed to have it twice a day? On the meals are you only to pick two meals for the 3 days and are you only supposed to have one meal a day or two?
Heart-healthy fish. Eat heart-healthy fish at least twice a week. Fish can be a good alternative to high-fat meats. For example, cod, tuna and halibut have less total fat, saturated fat and cholesterol than do meat and poultry. During the past few days I’ve shared some respected cleansing strategies from around the world, which are used at renowned cleansing retreats. Now I want to share strategies for diabetics and for those who are better off chewing than drinking their food. While I enjoy drinking “high nutrient drinks,” such as vegetable and fruit juices or smoothies from time to time, they are not a primary feature of my diet. When I do enjoy these drinks I sip and savor them over two or three hours, interchanging with drinking water as well.

It is important for everyone to restrict their sodium (salt) intake. People with diabetes should reduce sodium intake to less than 1,500 mg daily. Limiting or avoiding consumption of processed foods can go a long way to reducing salt intake. Simply eliminating table and cooking salt is also beneficial.
The human body puts up with a lot, and typically lets us know when something’s up. A cough and a runny nose can be a warning that a cold is coming. A rash shows that you have an allergy. Sometimes some disorders sneak up on us without warning.
Fiber – You’ll definitely want to go high fiber, as well, with at least 30 – 40 grams of fiber per day. Resistant starches (11), in particular, are especially powerful when it comes to detoxifying the body.
