Ctinkam – I wasn’t specifically trying to lose weight when I did the detox, I was trying to improve my fasting blood glucose numbers. Give your body foods it’s no longer used to processing, then do the more strict detox again. I have no idea if this will work, but it’s what I would try. (Please note I am not a medical professional.) Are you exercising? If you’re doing cardio, you might want to add strength training. If you’re lifting weights, add yoga.
