I actually swapped it out for white tea a few times to cut back on caffeine even more. The recipes were great and it gave me a chance to try new foods – yaayy fennel and quinoa! Surprisingly I lost 4 lbs, even though weight loss was not the goal. I think it was good for my metabolism, as it has been so sluggish lately. I was honestly never hungry because I ate a ton of raw veggies and kept hydrated. I definitely feel de-toxed and cleansed! Thanks again!
