I just woke to start day three of this cleanse. It was easier than I thought but temptations were challenging. I even made the trip to McDonald’s and back with lunch for 2 co-workers yesterday!! The day is just starting but the scale has me down 3.5 lbs this morning!!!!!!!!! I feel great too. Now I just need to continue good habits and restart my workouts to keep this trend going!

Hey Alvin-Thanks for responding. I’ve been on a live juice fast w/organic vegetables fast for past 5 days w/accompanying Saline Wash. I feel better but still get the feet burning sensation mildly yet intermittently since I started but not like before, usually when I’ve been sitting for a while. I haven’t gotten diagnosed yet and I’m feeling anxious about doing so. Notably I used to detox quite often years before but not as much in past few years. I do sometimes get discomfort in left hip flexor but not so much recently due to running exercise regimen. Tomorrow I will do coffee enema with rest of your cleanse protocols to follow. Yep! You guess it again. There is just something extraordinary about filling up on raw vegetables and enjoying them with a wholesome and all-natural dip that can be whipped up in seconds, like the one seen here. Don’t forget that even though they are not shown in this picture, you can also enjoy enough fruit to satisfy your midday sweet tooth. If I were not cleansing, I would add a simple bean and/or grain dish on the side. All of these options are friendly to the diabetic, provided you don’t over do your intake of whole fruit.
