Candida Cleanse: A candida cleanse is designed to remove candida within the body by removing all foods containing sugars. The candida diet requires avoiding all forms of sugar (including fruit and fruit juice), all refined flour and wheat products, any foods containing yeast; starches such as potatoes, rice and French fries; and all sweeteners including artificial sweeteners and natural sweetners such as agave nectar or raw honey. I just woke to start day three of this cleanse. It was easier than I thought but temptations were challenging. I even made the trip to McDonald’s and back with lunch for 2 co-workers yesterday!!
