I might have missed this somewhere but most of the recipes you link to are 2-4 servings. When I do the detox I just eat 1 serving right? So if I make a smoothie that you say is 2 servings that should be the 2 smoothies I’m supposed to have that day, right (let’s say one for breakfast and one for lunch)? Fats: Fats are not the enemy. Some are better than other, though. Low polyunsaturated fats are good fats. They raise your good cholesterol (LDL) and encourage your body to use stored body fat as fuel. Try to avoid hydrogenated and trans fats. Fats do not raise your blood sugar.
