This will be the case for the first 7 days, as it was the case for me. I lift heavily 5-6 days a week, and the first week, I could not finish my “lite” workouts. However, the following week, I was back to my normal strength. Now, I’m killing my workouts at maximum with energy immediately replenished after my workouts.
