Every person has a different condition and must respect the inner intelligence of the body. It doesn’t sound as if the savory vegetable drinks you are making are high in sugar, which would generally problematic for both type 1 and 2 diabetics if carb loads were high. Vegetable drinks are friendly to diabetics unless larger volumes of fruit juices are added. I added a vegetable broth in the cleansing and renewal drinks that I quite enjoy for its flavor and just how good I feel when I drink it.
