I was diagnosed with diabetes in 2013 and went on a “I’m scared to put anything in my mouth” trip, as I’m sure many others alike did the same thing. Then of course tons of research followed. From my discussions with others, I think many people go too far and take fruit and berries out of their diet. There’s no reason to go that far. It’s far better to substitute processed sugars for natural sugars in fresh fruit.
