2. I’ve started to fast for 14-16 hours a day for the past week. So if I stop eating at 10:00pm, I wont eat until 1:00pm the next day. Do you suggest that I eat after the saline flush or just juice that day? Also how often should I flush?

Hey Linda, hang in there. You have to take one day/one hour at a time. I have found that by setting my phone alarm to go off every 2 hours, I’m reminded to eat. This has helped me eat less. Also, drink a lot of water throughout the day.
As a type 2 diabetic who also has had three heart attacks one of which I died and came back and two minor ones just a month ago…I also have high blood pressure…half a thyroid and an enlarged heart. When the two minor heart attacks occurred last month I decided I needed to make food the healer in my life.
