I fast every day from 9pm to 6pm of the next day. at 6pm, I only eat (non organic) salad with apple cider vinegar and I drink one liter and half of juice made of 2 organic carrots , one half of a pineapple (not organic), and 4 (non organic) kiwis. I did not do saline wash yet. I will do it tomorrow.I am trying to find a place where to get organic staff because I live in a little town in eastern NC.
