I might have missed this somewhere but most of the recipes you link to are 2-4 servings. When I do the detox I just eat 1 serving right? So if I make a smoothie that you say is 2 servings that should be the 2 smoothies I’m supposed to have that day, right (let’s say one for breakfast and one for lunch)?
