You will cleanse, although it won’t be quite as intense as a high-nutrient liquid cleanse or a cleanse such as that discussed herein. But that doesn’t matter for most people and it does do the job, so don’t get too caught up in the hype; rather, determine your needs, your willingness, and your capacity and adapt your approach accordingly.
Proponents of detox diets often recommend cleansing several times a year to improve your health and prevent disease. When repeating your detox, try integrating different eating patterns and actions than you did on your last diet. You can certainly do any smoothie each morning but for shopping sake I suggested just to pick one and do that for 3 days but have one of each if you like. It’s recommend to have two green smoothies a day and one of the meals but if that doesn’t seem like enough food then have two meals and 2 smoothies a day. Again as far as the meals you can do whichever you like but they make more than one serving so you will not need to make all those recipe choices. I just wanted to give everyone variety. I’m planning on having 2 green smoothies to replace breakfast and lunch then one serving at dinner of either the veggie soup or the veggie quinoa salad.
