As for the rest of your meals, make sure they are full of protein (eggs, cage-free organic chicken/turkey), healthy fats (nuts, avocado, fish oils), and natural sugars (fruits and carrots). Nothing out of a bag, even if it does say sugar-free, fat-free, diet, organic, or all-natural. All foods should be raw or very lightly cooked. No carbs for the first 60 days.
