Just because you’re avoiding sugar doesn’t mean you need to completely eliminate carbs. Dinner is when you can add another whole-grain to your diet (unless you’re gluten-free). My Dad recently had a test done to reveal he had a slight pre-condition (I’d rather not say for my Dad’s sake but you can guess what it is) that happens commonly to men over 50 years of age.
