Hey Alvin-Thanks for responding. I’ve been on a live juice fast w/organic vegetables fast for past 5 days w/accompanying Saline Wash. I feel better but still get the feet burning sensation mildly yet intermittently since I started but not like before, usually when I’ve been sitting for a while. I haven’t gotten diagnosed yet and I’m feeling anxious about doing so. Notably I used to detox quite often years before but not as much in past few years. I do sometimes get discomfort in left hip flexor but not so much recently due to running exercise regimen. Tomorrow I will do coffee enema with rest of your cleanse protocols to follow. While juice and soda taste great, they pack huge amounts of sugar and high-fructose corn syrup. Despite juice touting healthy aspects, it’s not as healthy for you as eating fresh fruits. In addition to dropping these two beverages, another one you should consider is coffee. The caffeine in coffee may be adding to small rises in your blood sugar levels. It has really helped me to get to a place I have been aiming for…I am just finishing up this detox/ cleanse and wanted to give some feed back. First, I loved the ease of the menu items. I have come to realize that eating right takes time and thought. You have to be prepared. So I made a shopping list and actually sent my hubby to the store! I love the morning tea. I have only recently started drinking tea and have acquired an affinity for the green tea with jasmine. The lemon adds a little zing that I enjoy just that much more! I made the soup first and then the quinoa salad with balsamic dressing. Both were better than I could have hoped for. I did not experience hunger pangs or cravings that first day and was super excited to hit the gym and still be going strong by the time I picked the kids up from school around 4 pm. I usually want a nap from 2-4 pm. I have been reading others’ posts and it seems I am an anomaly in that the first night I experienced a pretty significant bout of insomnia. I finally fell into a fitful rest around 4 am. Tried a different smoothie the second day and it too is something I will use over and over again. The lack of sleep didn’t seem to affect me all that much throughout the day and into the evening. I didn’t have as much trouble falling asleep but could have easily stayed up later. And today, here it is almost 11pm and I am still up…heading to bed shortly though. I feel great and wanted to thank you again!
