Hi, Just thought it would be nice to warn people about the potentially intense aspect of this cleanse. Two of us started this morning with a lemon ginger drink and a strawberry/coconut/spinach smoothie. Since then we have both had the runs, nausea and generally felt awful! I get that a cleanse cleans you out, but this is not what I expected and not worth it to me. Note: we are both generally healthy but were just looking to eat a little less sugar and thought this cleanse would be interesting.

More modern history of the diabetic diet may begin with Frederick Madison Allen and Elliott Joslin, who, in the early 20th century, before insulin was discovered, recommended that people with diabetes eat only a low-calorie and nearly zero-carbohydrate diet to prevent ketoacidosis from killing them. If you are pre-diabetic, your condition can go away in 3 days. If you have full-blown diabetes mellitus (type 1 or 2), your condition can be reversed in 7 days. If you are in the final degenerative stages of diabetes, this same regiment will take about 2 weeks to a month until you are fully and completely cured (not treated). Now, don’t come back to blame me if you don’t follow all the steps. I’m NOT a doctor, and am not giving you medical advice, but the sh*t works! I only provide information I’ve done extensive research on, talked to real-life case studies, or things I’ve tried on myself.

After my type 2 diabetes diagnosis in January, I began to read everything I could get my hands on about reversing the disease through diet and exercise. I watched Forks Over Knives and omitted animal products, saw a nutritionist and counted carb grams, and through it all, I drank a lot of kale.
